The Xerox WorkCentre 7545/7556Xerox has been receiving some great press from V3, with the site reporting the new MFP printers could help lower emissions for mid-sized enterprises.

Xerox is becoming one of the big players in green printing with the WorkCentre 7545/7556 printers offering improved document printing whilst taking “a major step forward in environmental efficiency.”

The WorkCentre green technology components include:

  • Two-sided printing
  • Uses a toner that requires a lower temperature to melt
  • Energy Star compliant
  • LED scanner lamp - This requires only a third of the energy a traditional scanner needs.

You can also be sure that the quality of printing is not comprimised. The WorkCentre 7545/7556 offers a resolution of 1200x2400 dpi and can print up to 55 pages per minute, with the added ability to print, scan, fax, copy and email documents.  There is also the opportunity to take advantage of impressive finishing capabilities from folded brochures to saddle-stitch booklets.
