Capespan Set For Fruitful Savings From Xerox Technology

The Xerox ColorQube has allowed Capespan to achieve savings of over £2,500 in the first quarter

Leading fresh produce company, Capespan, has invested in Xerox’s ColorQube 9200 device - the world’s first high-speed solid ink office multifunction printer - in a drive to reduce colour printing costs.

 

Selected through Xerox partner, First Choice Business Systems, Capespan has installed two Xerox ColorQube 9200 multifunction printers at its Kent headquarters. Xerox’s award-winning device cuts the cost of colour pages significantly; customers can save up to 62 percent¹ compared with traditional colour laser printers, without compromising quality. As a result, Capespan has already achieved a saving of over £2,500 in 2010.

The ColorQube prints, scans and copies all in one device with advanced technology that simplifies use and maintenance. The multifunction system was chosen by Capespan for this ease of use and its ability to print high volumes at fast speeds, as well as the benefits of its innovative solid ink technology.

 

 

Jeremy Sykes, Network Manager, Capespan explained: “Our objective was to consolidate printing equipment, but to retain productivity levels; the ColorQube has enabled us to do that effectively. The cost of colour printing has always been a major concern for us so I am delighted that the Xerox technology has helped to reduce our costs by such a significant margin.
